- Every failure shows a plain-English reason and a support reference like AB2CD-EF3GH. Quote it and we can see exactly what happened without needing your file.
- Password-protected PDFs
- Most tools accept the file password in their options. Unlock PDF removes protection permanently and needs an account.
- Daily limits
- Anonymous use has a daily task cap; a free account raises it. The exact numbers are in the pricing table and come from the plan settings.
- Deleting files
- Anonymous uploads are removed automatically. Files in your workspace can be trashed and purged from My Documents.
