How it works

Questions

How much smaller will my file get?

It depends entirely on what is inside. Image-heavy scans often drop by 70–90%; a text-only PDF may barely change, because there is nothing to compress.

Will the text stay sharp?

Yes. Text and vector content are never rasterised — only embedded images are re-encoded.

Files are checked to be what they claim (by content, not extension), processed in a sandboxed worker with no network, and deleted on the schedule your plan sets. We do not run antivirus and do not claim to — please do not upload files you do not trust. Read the security page.
