FAQ
Straight answers.
Do I need an account?
No, for most tools. Anonymous visitors can run a limited number of tasks per day; editing, signing and anything that stores a result needs a free account.
What happens to my files?
Anonymous uploads are processed and then deleted on a short, fixed schedule shown on each tool page. Files in an account keep the retention window of your plan and can be deleted by you at any time. We do not use customer documents to train models.
Is the processing real?
Yes. Every tool runs an actual engine — qpdf, Ghostscript, Poppler, LibreOffice, Tesseract — on our servers. If a tool has no working processor yet it is marked "coming soon" and cannot be started.
Are files scanned for viruses?
No. We validate that a file is what it claims to be and process it in an isolated worker, but we do not run antivirus and do not claim to. Do not upload files you do not trust.
What does it cost?
The Free plan covers everyday use with daily limits. Paid plans remove the limits and add storage, workflows, signing and the API. Prices are shown in the pricing table and are set in one place, so the site and the checkout never disagree.
Can I use it from code?
Yes. The public API exposes the same jobs the website runs. Create a key in the app, then presign an upload, submit a job and stream its progress.
