Where do the prices come from?
From the plan_prices table the API reads at checkout. The page renders the same rows, so the site cannot advertise a price the checkout does not charge.
Is there a refund?
See the refund policy. Week passes are one-off payments; subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stay active until the period ends.
What counts against my limits?
Each job counts as one task. Files, pages and OCR pages have their own ceilings per plan and are shown before you upload.
