What we collect

Account details you give us (email, name), the files you upload for processing, and product analytics that never include document content.

Files

Anonymous uploads are deleted automatically after a short retention window. Files in an account are kept for the retention period of your plan and can be deleted by you at any time.

What we do not do

• We do not train models on customer documents.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not read your files except when you ask support to.
