How it works

Questions

My second scan came out in reverse order. Can this fix it?

Yes. Turn on "reverse the second file" and the even pages are taken from the end backwards, which is exactly how a sheet-fed scanner produces them.

What if the two files have different page counts?

Pages alternate until the shorter file runs out, then the remainder of the longer file is appended in order. Nothing is discarded.
