How it works

  4. 4Download the result. Anonymous files are deleted shortly after.

Questions

Why can I not select text in my document?

It is a scan with no text layer. Run OCR and the words become selectable.

Will the highlight show in other readers?

Yes. It is a standard highlight annotation with its own appearance, so Acrobat, Preview, Chrome and mobile readers all show it — and it can still be removed there.

Files are checked to be what they claim (by content, not extension), processed in a sandboxed worker with no network, and deleted on the schedule your plan sets. We do not run antivirus and do not claim to — please do not upload files you do not trust. Read the security page.
